Temptation Rewards Terms and Conditions
Eligibility for Registration: To register, you must be an employee of a travel agency, a homeworker affiliated with a recognized consortium, or part of an affiliate program. Please provide your agency number.
Membership Options: You may join individually or as an entire agency.
Agency Responsibility: If registering as an agency, the agency manager is responsible for distributing rewards among staff members as deemed appropriate.
Unique Login Credentials: Your username and password are unique to you and will remain with you if you change agencies. To update your contact details, please use the "Edit Profile" feature.
Use of Personal Data: By registering, you consent to us using your information solely to communicate with you about this incentive and the hotels listed in this promotion. All communications will come from the hotels, their designated market representatives, or MyBookingRewards (MBR).
Data Privacy: We (MBR) are committed to not sharing your data with any other organizations.
Tax Responsibility: Rewards are offered on a 'non-tax-paid' basis. You are responsible for declaring any applicable rewards to HMRC or relevant authorities via your P11D or equivalent form. If uncertain, please consult your employer.
Geographic Validity: Temptation Rewards are valid in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Booking Claims: Each booking can only be claimed once. In the event of a duplicate booking, the reward will be granted to the original booking source (i.e., direct to consumer).
Claiming by Agents: Only the 'consumer-facing' agent may claim a booking unless otherwise specified in the campaign terms.
Exclusions: Bookings made with agent rates, through websites offering agent rates or premier members bookings, are not eligible for rewards.
Approval Process: All bookings are sent to the hotel for approval at the client’s checkout time. The hotel will authorize your reward, and you will receive a notification once approved.
Reward Redemption: You may accumulate your rewards or redeem them at any time after authorization by clicking "Redeem Your Rewards". For any questions or concerns, email: admin@mybookingrewards.com.
Points Redemption: Points can be redeemed for a stay at Temptation Cancun Resort.
Annual Redemption Limit: Points can be redeemed for a stay at each resort once per year.
Redemption Period: Points can be redeemed for stays at the resorts from May 1st to November 30th, and only from Sunday through Wednesday. Redeemed stays are subject to property discretion and approval based on the allotment assigned to this program.
Validity of Points: Points redeemed for stays must be used within the same calendar year. If not redeemed, you must request a cash equivalent.
Program Exclusivity: This reward program is exclusively for travel agents residing in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Minimum Stay Requirement: Bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights.
